HOW SOON CAN YOU GET MY TILE?
Most tiles take 1-2 weeks to come in, some as soon as a day or two. Please let us know if you are in a rush and we can try and accommodate. Due to worldwide shipping issues, we are running into more back orders, but we will do our best to keep you informed of any status changes.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?
Art opened Tiles Gone Wild in 2003. His son, Chris, took over the family business in 2020.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR ESTIMATES?
Tiles Gone Wild no longer provides installation. We are happy to recommend local installers. If you have an installer already, it is best for him or her to measure up your area. All installers generally have personal preferences on layouts and small details that can change the quantities needed.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY TILE OR FLOORING PRIOR TO PICKING IT UP?
We do require a half deposit to order your material. The remaining balance is due when the material is picked up. If the item is being custom-made or is here longer than 30 days, we ask for the material to be paid in full at that time.
IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO AFTER INSTALLATION?
Even with stain-resistant grout and tile, your areas should be cleaned on a regular basis to help them hold up for years to come. Natural stone should be sealed on average every year or two. Each area is unique, and we are happy to go into more detail on your specific tile and space.
